This article describes how to change printer settings, such as paper size, page orientation and number of copies, when you print reports or charts.

Note Microsoft recommends that you do not make changes to the default printer settings when you print checks.

Paper Size and Orientation

To change the paper size and orientation for reports and charts from within Microsoft Money, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, point to Print Setup, and then click Report And Chart Setup.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Click OK.

Number of Copies

To change the number of copies for reports and charts, follow these steps:
  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Change the number in the Copies box to the number of copies you want to print.

Adjusting Printer Settings from Windows

Note Because there are several versions of Windows, the following steps may be different on your computer. If they are, see your product documentation to complete these steps.

To change the printer settings from Windows, follow these steps:
  1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Printers.
  2. Right-click the printer that you want to change, and then click Properties.
  3. Click the Paper tab.
  4. Make the changes required.
  5. Click Apply.
Note When you change the printer settings from Windows, any changes you make affect all Windows programs using that printer.
