SYMPTOMS

The Works Tools menu Options command is unavailable (grayed-out).

This occurs if all the open databases and word processing documents are minimized. However, minimized spreadsheets and communications documents allow access to the Options command.

RESOLUTION

To gain access to the Options command, you need to restore a minimized database or word processing document, or open a new file.
