Remind to Save Disabled When Help Index or Dialog Displayed

SYMPTOMS
========

In Publisher version 3.0, the Remind To Save message won't come up while a
dialog box is open or the Help Index is displayed.

CAUSE
=====

This behavior is by design.

The Help Index is similar to a dialog box. It hides itself as soon as you
click any menu or tool outside of Help. The only time it ever stays open
for any length of time is when you are doing a lot of research using
Publisher Help or if you leave your computer. During these times, you can't
make any changes to your publication, so saving isn't important.

If you leave the Help Index (or a dialog box) displayed for longer than the
Remind To Save period, the Remind To Save dialog box will appear as soon as
you close the Help Index or dialog box.
