FIX: Group Name w/ More Than 30 Characters Causes Setup Error

SYMPTOMS
If you enter a Program Manager Group name that contains more than 30
characters in step 5 of the Setup Wizard, you will receive the following
error message when you try to install your application using the setup
program the Setup Wizard makes:
Object ID 243 AddProgmanItem Object: Bad Group Name data field
CAUSE
Windows 3.x, Windows 95, and Windows NT limit Program Manager Group names
to a maximum of 30 characters.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products
listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in
Visual FoxPro 3.0b for Windows.
