Can't Open File Read-Only from Find File Dialog Box

SYMPTOMS
========

If you use the Find File command to locate a file, there is no choice to
open the file read-only. If you use the File Open dialog box to open a
file, however, there is an Open As Read-Only check box.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Publisher version 3.0 for
Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.

RESOLUTION
==========

Use the Find File dialog box to locate the file you want to open. Then,
cancel Find File and use the File Open dialog box to open it as read-only.
