Screen Wrong After Dragging Text out of Transparent Frame

SYMPTOMS
========

If you select some text in a transparent text frame and drag it from
Publisher into another program that supports drag-and-drop editing, all the
text below the selection will be drawn incorrectly.

The text redraws correctly as soon as you change the size of the Publisher
window, switch to another page, or zoom in or out.

CAUSE
=====

When you drag text out of Publisher and into another program, Publisher
ceases to be the active program and does not update its screen properly.

STATUS
======

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Publisher version 3.0 for
Windows 95. We are researching this problem and will post new information
here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
