-------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher for Windows 95, version 3.0 -------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== If you print a complex page to a printer driver that is set up to print to a file, you may receive an error similar to the following: Not enough memory; unable to print page. This problem can occur even if there is no printer attached to your computer. CAUSE ===== This can happen if the Printer Memory settings in the printer driver properties are set too low. Even though you are only creating a print file, Windows 95 checks to see if the job would print to a printer using the current memory settings. If the job would not print, you will get the error message. RESOLUTION ========== Increase the memory settings in the printer properties. For more information, please see the Windows 95 Help topic called: To change printer settings STATUS ====== Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
