SYMPTOMS

When you are using information on the Step-By-Step Help tab, if a dialog box that requires input (such as a mouse click) is open, you cannot switch to the More Info tab.

This is particularly noticeable with First Time Help dialog boxes.

RESOLUTION

While the dialog box is open, you are limited to scrolling the information. To access the More Info tab, you must close the dialog box.
