you select a new form size (paper size), the new size is ignored and the
view or report is printed or is displayed in print preview on letter-sized
paper.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at the
beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project
for Windows 95 version 4.1a.

following methods:
NOTE: You can use these same methods to set other printer attributes such
as duplexing options, and so forth.
Method 1
- In Windows NT, start Print Manager.
- Select the printer, and then on the Printer menu, click Properties.
- Click Details.
- Click Job Defaults.
- Change the form to the size you want. Click OK three times.
NOTE: To have sufficient privileges to change the default form size for a

another printer icon by following these steps:
- In Windows NT, start Print Manager.
- On the Printer menu, click Create Printer.
- In the dialog box, type a printer name, such as "Project Printer."
- In the Print To and Driver To boxes, enter the name of the printer you
are using with Microsoft Project.

size you want.
- To quit Print Manager, click OK three times.
- In Microsoft Project, on the File menu, click Print.
- In the Printer list, select the printer you created in steps 1-6.
