Custom Paper Sizes Don't Appear in Printer Setup

SYMPTOM
=======
If you add a custom paper size to a PostScript printer driver in Windows
95, that custom paper size won't show up in the Paper Size list in the
Publisher Print Setup dialog box.
RESOLUTION
==========
To use your custom paper size, do the following:
1. Go to the Print Setup dialog box.
2. Select the printer you want from the Printers list.
3. Click Properties.
4. Go to the Paper tab.
5. Scroll until you see your custom paper size. Select it.
6. Click OK.
7. Click OK again to exit the Printer Setup dialog box.
Your publication will now be configured for your custom paper size.

You can add custom paper sizes to some PostScript printer drivers. Some of
the printer drivers that have this option are:
- Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4 (series) PostScript
- Microsoft Publisher Imagesetter
To add a custom paper size, do the following:
1. Click the Windows 95 Start button, point to Settings, and click Control
Panel.
2. Double-click the Printers icon.
3. With the right mouse button, click the icon for the printer you want to
modify.
4. Click Properties.
5. Click the Papers tab.
6. Click Custom. NOTE: If there is no Custom button, this driver does not
support custom paper sizes.
This will give you a dialog box you can fill in with the specifics of your
custom paper size.
