SUMMARY
In Microsoft Works for Windows 4.0 or later, you can turn off or hide the entry bar (called the formula bar in earlier versions of Works) in Works Spreadsheet and the list view in Works Database.
To do this:
- On the Tools menu, click Options.
- In the Options dialog box, click the Data Entry tab.
- Under Cell Data Entry Modes, click the Edit In
Cells, Not In Entry Bar option, and then click OK.
