SUMMARYIt is not possible to directly control the color of the bounding outline that appears when you click Copy on the Edit menu.
MORE INFORMATIONWhen you copy a cell or a range of cells in Microsoft Excel, the copied range is surrounded by a moving border of dashes (the bounding outline). This outline remains visible as long as the copied data remains in the clipboard. The color of the dashes in the bounding outline is automatically determined by Microsoft Excel and cannot be changed. You may be able to affect the color of the outline by changing the background color on your screen or the color of the gridlines in Microsoft Excel.
