PUB: Publisher Does Not Support Unicode in Fonts

SUMMARY
=======

Windows can use a set of APIs called Unicode to provide language-specific
variations of fonts. Publisher uses only the Unicode subset called "Windows" and
ignores the other variations.

This means that Microsoft Publisher can only use the font layouts that
apply to the language of the localized version of Windows 95 that you are
running.

This means that if you want to use, for example, the Greek variations of
Times New Roman or Arial in Publisher, you have to run Greek Windows 95.
