SYMPTOMS

When using Internet Mail from a Microsoft Exchange, version 4.0, Windows 95 client the following error message appears:

The connection <connection name> will be closed. Other applications may be using this connection and will be disconnected if you close the connection. Do you want to close this connection?

CAUSE

This error message indicates that you are closing a dial-up connection that another service, such as FAX, may be using. The user should be aware of the effects of closing this connection.
