PRJ41: When You Start Microsoft Project It Crashes in Commtb32.dll

SYMPTOMS
When you start Microsoft Project, it may stop responding (hang) or crash
when it attempts to load the Commtb32.dll file. Similarily, it may crash
when you attempt to input data. The exact error message may be, "winproj
caused an invalid page fault in module commtb32.dll"
CAUSE
This problem occurs if you installed Microsoft Project for Windows 95
version 4.1 over a beta version of Microsoft Project. This problem occurs
when the Global.mpt file is retained from the beta version and is used with
the released version of Microsoft Project.
