SYMPTOMS
When you run the Flyer Page Wizard to make a Lost & Found flyer, the
third tear-off from the left has an extra line in it (between the
name and phone number).
RESOLUTION
To correct this problem:
- Run the Flyer Page Wizard, entering your specific information when
prompted.
- Once the flyer is created, click the tear-offs. Click the Ungroup button
so that the tear-offs ungroup, then click in your scratch area so the
tear-offs are no longer selected.
- Select the name and phone number for the third tear-off from the left.
- On the Edit menu, click Delete Objects.
- Select one of the remaining name/phone number sets, then click Copy
Objects on the Edit menu.
- On the Edit menu, click Paste Objects. This pastes a fresh copy of the
phone number.
- Move the objects into the empty slot.
