WD: "Error! Bookmark Not Defined" Updating TOC Field

SYMPTOMS
When you update the TOC (table of contents) field, you may receive the
following error message:
Error! Bookmark not defined!
This behavior occurs when all of the following conditions are true:
- The "Mark Revisions While Editing" option is selected.
-and-
- You reviewed, accepted all, or rejected all revisions.
-and-
- You updated the TOC field code and selected the Update Entire Table
option.
STATUS
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in
the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use either of the following methods.
Method 1
After you review, accept, or reject your revisions, clear the Mark
Revisions While Editing option before you update the TOC field.
Method 2
If you do not want to clear the Mark Revisions While Editing option, then
when you update the TOC field, select Update Page Numbers Only instead of
Update Entire Table.
