------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher for Windows 95, version 3.0 ------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== In Microsoft Publisher, when you print a document and you use the Special Size Custom publications feature, crop marks will not be printed when the specified length is 5.5 inches. Note, however, that crop marks will be printed if the width is 5.49 inches or shorter, or if the width is 5.51 inches or longer. This problem occurs regardless of whether one copy or multiple copies are printed to the same sheet. RESOLUTION ========== To print crop marks, change the orientation from Landscape to Portrait when you use either Letter size paper (8.5 by 11 inches) or Legal size paper (11 by 14 inches). STATUS ====== Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. This problem does not occur in Publisher version 2.0a.
