SYMPTOMS
Your mouse pointer may not be available in the Creative Writer Writing
Studio or Fine Artist Painting Studio in Windows if more than one mouse
driver is loading.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, remove the extra mouse driver. To do this, follow
these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click System, and then click the Device Manager tab.
- Double-click the Mouse branch to expand it.
- Click the incorrect or unused driver below Mouse, and then click Remove.
- Click OK, and then close Control Panel.
