SYMPTOMS

The Systems Management Server Windows 95 client causes a General Protection (GP) Fault in Microsoft Office when you attempt to establish a Remote Control session without the shortcut bar and then enable the shortcut bar.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Systems Management Server version 1.1. This problem has been corrected in Systems Management Server version 1.2.
