SYMPTOMS

In Word, the Large Buttons option is unavailable when WordMail or Binder are running. In addition, this option is unavailable in WordMail and Binder. To locate this option, click Toolbars on the View menu.

CAUSE

WordMail and Binder do not allow you to toggle the Large Buttons option. This is a design limitation of WordMail and Binder which cannot handle changing button size.

Note that when WordMail and Binder are not running, the Large Buttons option will be available in Word.

WORKAROUND

To enable or disable the Large Buttons option, close WordMail or Binder and change this setting in Word.
