SYMPTOMS
Novice: Requires knowledge of the user interface on single-user computers.
In Microsoft Access 7.0 and 97, the Save As Report command does not appear
on the File menu in Form Design view as it does in earlier versions of
Microsoft Access.
CAUSE
To maintain consistency with other Microsoft Office programs, the Save As
Report command is now located on the shortcut menu for forms in the
Database window.
RESOLUTION
To use the Save as Report command in Microsoft Access 7.0 and 97:

This behavior is by design.
