How to Enable Support for Multiple Languages in Windows

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Click the Windows Setup tab.
4. Click to select the Multilanguage Support check box.
5. Click OK.
