SUMMARY

Sometimes you may want to hide the text in a particular cell or set of cells without deleting the data or removing the columns in Microsoft Project.

MORE INFORMATION

To hide data without removing it, use the following steps:
  1. Select the cell or cells that contain the data that you want to hide.
  2. On the Format menu, click Font.
  3. In the drop-down list of colors, select the color white, and then click OK.
The data still remains in the cell, but it will not be visible.

NOTE: You can format only approximately 7,500 cells at one time. Also, some printers may not support white fonts.
