SYMPTOMS

When working with the templates that are included with the Microsoft Office Small Business Pack, Small Business Pack Help will only be available through the Office Small Business Pack toolbar on the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar.

CAUSE

When you open a template from the Small Business Pack, you will access the Help for the individual application that the template is for; you will not access Microsoft Office Small Business Pack Help.

RESOLUTION

To access either the Answer Wizard or Help for the Small Business Pack, the Small Business Pack toolbar must be activated on the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar. After activating or selecting the toolbar, there will be an icon/shortcut for help that appears to be a book with a question mark on it. Selecting this icon will bring help for the Small Business Pack available to the user.
