SYMPTOMS
When you start Windows, you may experience either of the following
behaviors:
- A folder other than the StartUp folder launches programs.
- Programs in the StartUp folder are not launched.
CAUSE
These behaviors can occur if the StartUp folder has been renamed.
RESOLUTION
Rename the folder to StartUp and add or remove
programs as necessary.
