SYMPTOMS
When you play Mech Warrior 2 version 1.0 for MS-DOS by ActiVision in
Windows 95, you may experience any of the following symptoms:
- The SideWinder 3D Pro is not detected properly.
- You cannot calibrate the SideWinder 3D Pro.
- The game may stop responding while you are playing.
- The game may stop responding when you quit.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use one of the following methods:
Obtain the Mech Warrior 2 Version 1.1 for Windows 95 Update

Run Mech Warrior 2 in MS-DOS Mode
To run Mech Warrior 2 in MS-DOS mode, either restart your computer in
