MORE INFORMATION
Macintosh System Software Versions 7.0 through 7.5.1
To start from the System Software CD-ROM, press the C key when you start
the Macintosh. When you see a "happy" Macintosh, which indicates that the
computer has found a good System Folder, you can release the C key.
This System Folder should be very similar to the Disk Tools disk included
with non-CD-ROM computers (it should start with extensions off).
Macintosh System Software Version 7.5.2
To start from the System Software CD-ROM, press the C key when you start
the Macintosh. When you see a "happy" Macintosh, which indicates that the
computer has found a good System Folder, you can release the C key.

enabled. You can confirm this setting by clicking About This Macintosh on
the Apple menu. To start the computer from the CD-ROM without enabling
virtual memory, use the following steps:
Macintosh computers that come with System Software version 7.5.2 include
most of the 6200 series and all of the 7200, 7500, 8500, 9500, and 5300
series.
