--------------------------------------------------------------------
SYMPTOMS
========
If you click Scanner Image on the Insert menu, and you then click Select
Scanner, one of the following may occur:
- The list of scanners in the Select Source dialog box is blank.
-or-
- You receive one of several error messages.
CAUSE
=====
In order for Scanner Image to be available on the Insert menu, the
following must be true:
1. There must be a folder called Twain located in the Windows folder.
2. There must be a file with a .ds extension either in the Twain folder
or in a folder inside the Twain folder it.
However, in order for the command to actually work properly, the
following additional criteria must be met:
1. The .ds file must be a TWAIN scanner driver. If this driver requires
any additional files, they must be installed properly.
2. The following files must be installed in the Windows folder:
Twain.dll
Twain_32.dll
Twunk_16.exe
Twunk_32.exe
These files must be either the version of the driver that ships with
Publisher or a later version.
RESOLUTION
==========

Publisher have these properties:

Version 1,5,4,6 1,5,4,6 1,0,0,6 1,0,0,6
