Domain Registration Wizard Errors on Small Business Server

SYMPTOMS

When you enter information in the Domain Registration Wizard during the Small Business Server setup, you may receive an error message stating that some of the information is incorrect or incomplete and requesting that you re-enter the information. However, the error does not state which information is in error.

RESOLUTION

Currently, there is no workaround for this problem; you will need to verify all of the information you have entered before continuing.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in BackOffice Small Business Server version 4.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
