No Notification If Monthly Charge Exceeds Specified Amount

SYMPTOMS

Although you click the "Notify me when any one charge would exceed" option in the Online Statement for MSN, The Microsoft Network, and enter an amount, you may not receive a notification that your monthly charge exceeds that amount.

CAUSE

The option refers to the charge that you incur for any one event, such as downloading a file, and does not refer to your total monthly charge.
