Actual title of Web submission: Creating Forms with Word

There are three types of forms you can create with Word:

  • A form to be printed, and filled out with a pen;
  • A form to be filled out online, which that prompts the user with questions. After answering questions, the user can type anywhere in the document;
  • A form to be filled out online, that limits the user to making selections, clicking check boxes, and typing in certain areas. (This method can be customized with macros.)
