WD95: All Capital Letters Change to Mixed Case in Imported Word 97 Document

SYMPTOMS
Words formatted in all capital letters are changed to mixed-case when you
open a document created in Word 97 in Word for Windows 95.
This problem occurs when the document meets the following criteria:
- The document uses custom outline numbering.
- The outline numbering text uses a text style of numbers (One, Two,
Three).
- The text is formatted in all capital letters.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when you use the Word 97 Import Converter
(Mswrd832.cnv) to open the Word 97 document in Word for Windows 95, version 7.x.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, upgrade to the latest version of the Word 97-2000

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with certain versions of the
