HOW TO FIND THE ANSWERS

1. Go to Sandy beach, pan to left, click on the Loggerhead turtle.
2. Go to Sandy Beach, click on Brown Pelican as it flies by.
3. Go to Tide Pool, click on shell.
4. Go to Tide pool. Click on red long-skinny-armed starfish.
5. Go to Tide pool, click on seaweed on rock.
6. Go to Kelp forest, click the first column of kelp from the right.
7. Go to Tide Pool, click on flowery sea anemone.
8. Go to Kelp Forest, click on sea urchins in lower left (red ones).
9. Go to Kelp Forest, pan down to ocean floor, click on six-pack ring.
10. Go to Kelp Forest, click on small green fish in upper right corner, hiding behind kelp.
11. Go to Kelp Forest, click on the report in the back of the bus.
12. Go to the Kelp Forest, go to the back of the bus, click on the experiment tank, and experiment.
13. Go to the Coral Reef, scroll to the right side, and click on the orange and white striped fish in middle-right portion of screen.
14. Go to the Coral Reef. When the cursor turns into a magnifying glass, click to get small, click again.
15. Go to the Open Ocean, click on the Blue whale.
16. Go to the Open Ocean, click on the dolphin as it swims by.
17. Go to the Open Ocean, click on one of the medium blue schools of fish swimming in from the lower left.
18. Go to the Open Ocean. When the cursor turns to a magnifying glass, click, in order to "go small." Click on an object that doesn't move, that is blue-colored, and in the background.
19. Go to the Deep Ocean, click on the round rocks/bumps on the ocean floor.
20. Go to the Deep Ocean, click on the Gulper eel.
21. Go to the Deep Sea Vents and click the white stalk with pink tip in lower left.

1. Good job! The loggerhead sea turtle has been around for millions of years, and we should make sure it sticks around for a lot longer!
2. There's no fooling you! The brown pelican dumps the water out of its pouch, leaving only the fish inside!
3. That's right! If you want to take a shell for a ride, make sure that nothing's still inside!
4. Right you are! A daisy brittle star can cast off an arm when it's attacked. If the brittle star manages to escape, it grows its arm back!
5. Good sleuthing! Rockweeds are designed to be able to lose almost all of their water and still recover completely when the tide comes back in.
6. Exactly! The algin produced by kelp plants is used in foods like ice cream to keep them smooth.
