Print Manager Displays Macintosh EPS Document As File Name

SYMPTOMS

When a Macintosh computer sends a document that contains an encapsulated postscript (EPS) image to a Windows NT printer, Print Manager displays the document title as the EPS file name.

CAUSE

This problem occurs when the postscript parsing routine does not set the document title correctly for Print Manager.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51. This problem was corrected in the latest Windows NT 3.51 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
