-------------------------------------------------------------------- The information in this article applies to: - Microsoft Publisher for Windows 95, version 3.0 -------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS ======== If you convert certain kinds of OLE objects to icons and then copy them to the Clipboard, you won't be able to save the Clipboard when you exit Publisher, and you will receive the following error message: Publisher cannot save the Clipboard. There isn't enough memory available to save the information on the Clipboard. To make more memory available, save this publication and close other programs; then continue working. If you click OK, you will receive this message: The information on the clipboard can't be saved. To erase the contents of the clipboard and quit Publisher, click OK. To return to your publication, click Cancel. CAUSE ===== The types of OLE objects that exhibit this problem include those created by the following applications: Microsoft ClipArt Gallery for Windows, versions 1.0 and 1.1 Microsoft Draw for Windows, version 1.0 Microsoft Equation Editor for Windows, version 1.0 Microsoft Excel for Windows, version 4.0 Microsoft Graph for Windows, version 3.0 Microsoft Note-It for Windows, version 1.0 Microsoft Organization Chart for Windows, version 1.0 Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows, versions 3.0 and 4.0 Microsoft Project for Windows, version 3.0 Microsoft Word for Windows, version 2.0.
