SYMPTOMS

If you print a publication to the Hewlett-Packard (HP) DeskJet 820c with Image Color Matching (ICM) turned on, all colored text will be printed in black.

RESOLUTION

Before you print a publication that contains colored text, make sure that the Improve Screen And Printer Color Matching check box in the Print dialog box is clear (the check mark has been removed).
