SYMPTOMS
Microsoft Word displays an entire form in Print Preview even though you
selected Print Data Only for Forms. This problem does not affect the
printed result.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the versions of Microsoft
Word listed at the beginning of this article.
