SYMPTOMS

During setup, PhotoDraw prompts you to enter the CD key. The CD key is found on a yellow sticker on the back of the CD jewel case.

You may find that there are too many digits (numbers) in the CD key, and setup will not accept it.

CAUSE

The CD key should be in the following 10-digit format:

123-1234567

Some jewel cases have been manufactured with an 11-digit key such as the following example:

1234-1234567

WORKAROUND

Omit the last number from the first set of numbers (before the hyphen). If the CD key is printed as 1234-1234567, type the key as 123-1234567.
