SUMMARY
The process of directory replication associated with Microsoft Exchange
will not merge and replicate changes to Exchange Server objects made by
multiple administrators. Replication conflicts will be logged, but only one
change will be propagated throughout the organization.
MORE INFORMATION
Replication ensures consistent information across all Exchange Servers. If
an administrator modifies an object and another modifies or deletes the
same object, only one change will be replicated. The result will match the
expectation of one administrator and not the other.
Microsoft recommends communication and agreement between all administrators
before changes are applied to Exchange Server objects.
