SUMMARY

This article contains information about configuring Microsoft Schedule+ to automatically open other users' appointment books.

MORE INFORMATION

If you configure Microsoft Schedule+ to open two or three other users' appointment books by default and then always exit and log off your appointment book, you will automatically close all other open appointment books. When you sign on the next time, it will open all the other appointment books.

If you exit and log off the other user's appointment book, then it will not open that appointment book the next time you log on to Microsoft Schedule+.

You can configure Schedule+ to open other user's appointment books by following these steps:

  1. Open the other users' appointment books.
  2. On the File menu, click Exit or Exit & Logout for only your Schedule+ client, while leaving the other users' appointment books open.
  3. When you restart your Schedule+ client, the other users' appointment books will automatically be reopened.
  4. The other appointment books will be open every time you start up your Schedule+ client until you manually close the other users appointment books from your client.
