SYMPTOMS

Related topic help menu items are available on most help command menus. When selecting and closing a related topic help menu item, the File menu reappears behind the help dialog box.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in version 4.0 of the Microsoft Exchange MS-DOS client. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
