Planner Times Over 12: 00 A.M. Cause Error

SYMPTOMS

In the Planner tab you select a date in the future and the time frame of 11:00 P.M. through 12:00 A.M., and you press the key combination CTRL+A, you will get the following error message:
The time range you selected is too long, so it will be shortened to one hour. Do you want to continue with a shorter time?

RESOLUTION

Select the next day. Start at 12:00 A.M., and pick the available time.
