SYMPTOMS

When you double-click information sites, the information does not display as expected.

CAUSE

The problem occurs if the mouse double-click speed is set too high.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, do the following:
  1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click the Mouse icon.
  3. In the Mouse Properties window, click the Buttons tab.
  4. In the Double-Click Speed area, adjust the slider bar between Slow and Fast.
