SUMMARY
If the Microsoft Exchange Internet Mail Connector (IMC) fails to start, it
often reports a generic error message similar to:
The service did not report an error.
-or-
An internal Windows NT error occurred.
More information may be needed to determine the cause of the problem. You
should check the Microsoft Windows NT Event Log for additional information
to help diagnose the underlying problem.
This behavior is by design.
