The JETLOCK.EXE file contains the "Understanding Jet Locking" white paper as well as the LDBView utility and the new MSLDBUsr.DLL. The purpose of this paper is to introduce you to the Microsoft Jet Database Engine versions 2.x and 3.0 locking techniques so that you can apply the information to coding and debugging techniques when developing multiuser applications.
