SYMPTOMSWhen you attempt to open a bulletin board (BBS) on MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may receive the following error message:
Navigator Not Found. A file needed to complete this task is missing or corrupted. Please reinstall The Microsoft Network. To do so, look up Add/Remove Programs in the Help index. CAUSEThis message can occur if Eudora Pro version 2.2 is installed on your computer with Eudora Pro set up to use the Eudora MAPI Server when it is running.
RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, set the Eudora MAPI Server option to "Never" before you connect to MSN.
