MORE INFORMATION In earlier versions of Microsoft Access, the BorderLineStyle property determined the line style of a control's border. The BorderStyle property determined whether a control's border was transparent or visible. In Microsoft Access for Windows 95, the functionality of these two properties was combined into one property, BorderStyle. As a result, you can use either BorderLineStyle or BorderStyle to set the line style of a control.
