SUMMARY
When you start the Microsoft Exchange client, it may take a long time to
bring up the main client window when the RPC Binding Order is configured
with TCP/IP at the top of the Binding Order.

When you use TCP/IP to communicate with the computer running Microsoft
Exchange Server, the Microsoft Exchange client will only be successful if
one or more of the following conditions are true:
127.0.0.1 exchsrvr If none of the above conditions are true and either the client computer has only the TCP/IP protocol installed or the RPC Binding Order has only TCP/IP, the Microsoft Exchange client will not be able to connect to the Microsoft Exchange Server.
