PUB: Publisher Incorrectly Numbers Columns in a Table Frame

SYMPTOMS
If you select a column in a Microsoft Publisher table and apply a numbered
list format to the data in the table, each cell in the column contains the
number one rather than a number that is incremented automatically.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, number the cells using any of the following
methods.
Method 1: Use the Indents And Lists Command
- Select the first cell that you want to have a number.
- On the Format menu, click Indents And Lists.
- Click the Numbered List radio button.
- In the Start At box, type the number that you want to appear in that
cell.
- Repeat steps 1-5 for each cell that you want to contain a number.
Method 2: Type the Numbers in the Column
